Untitled #5 is part of on going study around serendipity and chance.

It also focuses the eye on the central area of cobalt oxide, with some areas iridescent due to overlaying transparent glaze, whilst other areas are flat with no overlaying transparent glaze, alongside underlying additional oxides to make the cobalt resonate more. The spray of blue cobalt has been created with pure cobalt pigment in the raw. It's essentially a colour study that celebrates pigment and it's effect on the viewer.​
